Includes decorative reception seating for 240 guests as well as seating for a head table of 20 or less, 30 guest tables (seating 8 each), up to 4 display tables, up to 3 bartenders and two planning meetings.

- $4500 Venue Fee and a $3500 Bar & Services Minimum (includes: Bar Packages (required), Rentals & Set Up, Planning Services & Bloomtique Floral)
- $200/hour morning add on. Earliest Entry 9:00 AM
- $400 additional fee for Holiday Weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, etc)
- Friday set up and rehearsal from 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM possible for $250 if available at 3 week out meeting.
- Table and décor set up packages available. Starting at $250.

- Thursday set up available from 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM or before for $250.
- Table and décor set up packages available. Starting at $250.
- Additional options are available to accommodate larger seating and/or set-up needs.
- Alternate indoor reception hall is available in cases of inclement weather.
- Additional decoration times may be available.
- All food must be catered in through a licensed caterer.
